Just as we had started the recording the doorbell rang and it was a surprise delivery of flowers from CNA. Thank you so much for my flowers and valentines day goodies it was wonderful.

Clare and I went to an amazing fabric shop to buy Shweshwe. I am going to take part in the Washi Dress Sew Along that Truly Murtle is doing on Instagram.
Clare and I are also going to be designing a collection of accessory pattern in grey yarn. The yarn I got was Hartlam in Sutherland DK in the Howling North Wind colourway and Clare got us Eden Cottage DK
I finished a grey hat in the Eden Cottage yarn for the design along that Clare and I are doing. I am hoping we can show you all the collection soon when it is all finished.
I sewed a few project bags and they are my only real finished objects for this week.
Rachel did not have a lot to show as she is still settling into a school routine. She is working on a yellow cowl in Opal yarn
I am still working on the Bonny in Hartlam Sutherland Lace for my sister

Ariel in Vamp Red by Yarn Stash did not get any love this week. As soon as my designs are over I would like to get back to it.
Sock 2 in the yarn stash variegated yarn is underway, I am almost at the heel.

Wooldiaries send me a lovely parcel, my gorgeous pink sun hat which makes Rachel embarrassed but I think we should all be more like Iris Apfel
Yarn I got was from Stellar Firbreworks from Gina at Natural Yarn
in the Journey sock yarn which is 75% merino and 25% nylon in the Electriffic colourway.
Sally also made me the Spiral cowl in Stellar Fibreworks Vital DK which is 100% superwash merino in the Lighthouse in the mist colourway. I love this cowl.
