I have been very quiet here as I have been quite busy on Ravelry with a test knit of my new pattern I designed. It was inspired by the Game of Thrones TV series. This was my first serious pattern and it was fun to design and work through the testing process with some awesome people who knitted and looked for problems for me. So here it is

Love it. I am attempting to crochet a basic square. It’s not going so well. I’ve pulled out my work about 500 times already. Am going to you-tube AGAIN now before I have another go at it.
Wow, that is really beautiful, and looks very complicated. Especially for someone like me that knows 3 things about knitting: knit, purl and how to lose stitches somewhere along the way.
