I needed to post a picture of something yellow
I decided on Rachel’s yellow duvet as she has come back to loving the colour again. It was always her favourite from when she was a small girl. As she started to interact with other little girls she discovered that ‘the’ colour girls were supposed to like was pink and so for a while pink and purple were the favourites. In a way it made me really sad. I like that she was individual and chose a colour that she liked rather than was just popular. Yes I know I like pink but that is different, I like it in an unusual pink hair kind of way. If she had started off liking pink that would have been fine, I just hated to see her natural preference changed to fit in – I guess we all do it to a certain extent. I am happy that yellow is back!

it is a pretty duvet and a great colour – also glad she is back to liking what SHE likes and not what she is meant to like

ANd yup – I agree she is back to liking it – as I have two girls I am glad that lem prefers green and blue to pink 
Makes it a bit interesting at least 
As a little girl I chose for my walls to be painted yellow with a big rainbow across the one, kept it that way for quite a while, yellow is a cheerful colour, good to hear she has gone back to what she likes, individuality is good.
I am glad yellow is back as well:)
