Barbara and I took the kids to the Jo’burg zoo tonight for Halloween. They had a really good time and the zoo went to a lot of effort to make it all nice for the kids.

we sat down to have our picnic, they kids enjoyed going around trick ot treating but they most liked handing out the sweets to other kids, it was cute

Well done for making the effort to dress up the children (and yourself- I assume you don’t normally dress like that)- I’m sure they’ll remember times like these later in life.
No not usually dressed like a witch – I love dressing up, there should be way more chance for adults to dress up.
I did have one little girl come and ask if the pink hair was real hair though

I did Tash. Elaine arrived while I was at the hairdresser on Friday so it was just in time and I could get the professionals to put it in – thanks so much! The ones we ordered from US have arrived so I need to get them to you and Elaine. I love the colour will be keen to see how long it lasts as my Atomic Pink fades slowly but I get about 4-6 weeks

manic has some other product that is supposed to last longer… they didn’t have it in stock when I ordered though… maybe we can must that next if the atomic doesn’t last.
