		<description>Never been married, and mostly lived in freestanding homes.  But I draw the line at mowing my own lawn.  Thank God for boyfriends/brothers/friends/boy down the road who is willing to mow the lawn for a R100 a pop! I don&#039;t know what I would do without them:-)</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a great list - I have no doubt that you&#039;d be able to manage all of that. As far as the car buying is concerned, it&#039;s best to take a man-person along, even if you don&#039;t want him to help you pick. The sales people are less likely to tell you a lot of lies - same goes for when you have your car serviced. I always send my dad to pick my car up because he&#039;s a mechanical engineer - the invoice never remains as is. ;-)</description>
